Practical information

Registration

Registration will take place on Tuesday morning at 8:30 at the conference site. Please come on time so we can start the meeting at 9:00.

Internet access

Please note that there will be no general internet access at the conference location. For urgent cases you may be able to ask the organizers or use the public internet terminal in the library. Most of the hotel rooms are equipped with wireless internet free of charge.

Meals

Apart from the conference dinner on Thursday night we have not organized any specific lunch or dinner plans. There is a restaurant at the university and there a plenty of options to go for lunch and dinner nearby in Visby.

Presentations

Since the schedule of the sessions is usually very tight we would like to avoid having to change computers during the sessions. The chair person of each session will collect the presentations in advance and copy them to a single computer. Please coordinate with your chair person which presentation software you use and how much time you have.

Guided tour to Visby

There will be a guided tour to Visby on Wednesday afternoon (15.00). If you want to join this tour we will ask you to sign up on the first day so we can estimate how many groups we need.
