Stockholm Observatory is the Department of Astronomy at the Stockholm University. As such, it offers a number of undergraduate and graduate courses in astronomy and has programs leading to the licentiate and PhD degrees. The directors for undergraduate studies [studierektorer för grundutbildningen] are Claes-Ingvar Björnsson and Anita Sundman. The counsellor for undergraduate studies [studievägledare för grundutbildning] is Tomas Dahlén. The director for the Graduate School [studierektor för forskarutbildningen] is Roland Svensson (and Claes-Ingvar Björnsson substituted him during the first half of 1999).
