Payment will be done in two steps. In the first step (now open), you will need to pay a fee of 4000 SEK. The remainder will be paid directly to the hotel on site.
Payment is handled through the PayPal system. The account is registered in the name Magnus Axelsson (e-mail magnusa.at.astro.su.se). To proceed with the payment, write your name in the field and press 'Buy now'. You will be taken to PayPal's system where you can complete your payment using your credit card or PayPal account. Once payment is completed you will be returned to the conference home page.
The deadline for payment is June 6, 2018. Cancellations made before this date will receive a full reund. Unortunately, we cannot give any refund for later cancellation.
The total cost is 8500 SEK for regular participants and
7000 SEK for students. 4000 SEK is paid now, the rest on arrival. The total
covers:
- accommodation (Monday-Friday, single room)
- full board
- conference dinner
- activity
- registration fee.
For participants wishing to bring an accompanying person, the extra fee for
an additional person sharing a double room is 400 SEK per night (this includes
breakfast, but no other meals), paid directly to the hotel. Please let us know
as soon as possible if you wish to bring an accompanying person.
We assume that participants arrive on August 6 and depart on August 10. If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer, please let us know so that we can inform the hotel and extend your dates. The hotel has offered us a discounted price of 750 SEK per night (including breakfast) for nights before or after the conference. This will be paid directly to the hotel.
